Procedure

  1. Submit a paper in English not exceeding 6 pages describing the teaching strategy. The paper should contain the following:
    Paper Title
    *Author Name(s) & Affiliation(s)
    Author Address for correspondence with email id & phone number
    Abstract
    Keywords
    Main Paper
    References

    You can use pictures/screenshots/diagrams for clarification. The paper should highlight how you have integrated technology such as computers, sensors, etc. into your strategy.

  2. The paper will be reviewed by a panel of experts and if accepted, information of acceptance will be sent to the email id specified.
  3. On receiving acceptance email, **register at the conference website and send your hardware and software requirements for demonstrating your strategy in the conference.
  4. Present paper at the conference on specified data and time. All papers presented will receive certificates of participation.
   *   If your paper has more than one name, only one person can participate in the conference.
  **  Registration is free and includes lunch and refreshments on conference days. Registrations are not transferable.        Registration does not include accommodation or travel expenses.


Rules And Regulations

  • Submit a write-up in English not exceeding 6 pages describing the teaching strategy. You can use pictures / screenshots / block diagrams for clarification. Your report should highlight how you have integrated technology such as computers, sensors etc. into your strategy.
  • Once your write-up has been accepted, you will be informed of the same.
  • After you receive the acceptance intimation, you are required to register at the conference website and send your hardware and software requirements for demonstrating your strategy in the conference.
  • Registration is free and includes conference material and lunch and refreshments on conference days.
  • Registration does not include accommodation or travel expenses.
  • If your entry has more than one name, only one person can participate in the conference.
  • Registrations are not transferable.
  • Entries will be judged on their pedagogical merit, originality, how extensively has the practice been tried out and used by the teacher, and feedback – both qualitative and quantitative – from the student community.
  • Contest judges have been chosen based on their familiarity with education and instructional practices, technology and experience. All decisions made by the judges are final. No correspondence in any form will be entertained once the decision has been communicated.
